Your Women's Bike Camp brought by Flow Sister.
Introducing Women's Flow Camps - an exhilarating mountain biking experience crafted just for you. Join us on an unforgettable journey across four of our favorite bike parks!
🌟 Each camp is designed to empower and enhance your skills:
Friday afternoon: Meet and greet your fellow riders and coaches
Saturday: Essential skill training on trails focusing on techniques for the female anatomy to gain stability and flexibility and make you the rider you want to be. We are ending the day with dinner on the mountain and an enchanting sunset ride back home to your hotel or campervan.
Sunday: Master the art of safely navigating obstacles and find your personal flow - stones, roots, drops, jumps, and berms.
To end off the amazing weekend put your new skills to test at an guided adventure ride.

At the two below announced women's camps we will join forces and you will find Flow Sister as part of the coach team. It gives you the opportunity to learn from new instructors and guides, while having a personal coach on sight for feedback to fall back on.

RIVA BIKE FERSTIVAL
Calling all women who love to ride bikes! Join me for unforgettable MTB experiences and kick off the bike season of 2024 at the beautiful bike festival in Riva del Garda.
I will, together with Specialized and Bucketrides be hosting women's-only and mixed workshops and ride outs where we'll explore the stunning trails of Lake Garda and hone our skills together. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, our workshops will be tailored to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.
NEW! Together with Madlnradln and Tine Busch we are inviting all women for a women's community ride, with the opportunity to get to know us, our teaching style and enjoy fun and easy trails with a delicious gelato to end it off with.
